Lindsay Weidman

Lindsay Weidman joined CE Real Estate Group in the spring of 2007 and handles the group's day-to-day operations, administrative duties, and marketing. Real Estate involves a good deal of coordination, conversation, and documentation between all the interested parties. Lindsay makes sure all these ducks are in a row for each and every deal CE completes. In addition, Lindsay develops all of CE's publications and publicity, including monthly neighborhood market-update mailings, buyer and seller guides, and listing flyers.

Prior to joining CE, Lindsay was an office administrator for the downtown Seattle branch of John L. Scott, where she oversaw the official paperwork for the entire office. Not only does she know how to get things done at one of the largest real estate companies in the country, she also understands all sides of the real estate process, from listing, to offers, to escrow, to closing. The state of Washington confirmed Lindsay's grasp of the real estate process in 2007 as she completed her own agent certification, which means Mark and Linda have a full-fledged agent supporting them. Beyond real estate credentials, coursework in accounting and architectural design inform her perspectives on both business and building. A former art student, Lindsay is teaching herself Adobe's graphic design programs and now takes pride in developing custom, individualized flyers to match and highlight the unique features of every home CE Real Estate lists on the market.

Lindsay feeds her artistic side through a variety of craft projects, having recently taken up knitting. A freelance wax carver for local custom jewelers, she enjoys making her own jewelry for friends and family. Lindsay has a keen eye for contemporary fashion and a soft spot for cats of all kinds.
