CE Real Estate Group is based out of John L. Scott's Downtown Seattle office located at 2601 4th Ave. Though we are often out of the office serving our clients all over the Puget Sound area, we would love to meet with you to discuss your real estate interests. Coming from North of Downtown

From I-5 South, take the UNION ST. exit, EXIT 165B. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto UNION ST. Turn RIGHT onto 4TH AVE. End at 2601 4th Ave.

Coming from South of Downtown

From I-5 North, take the SENECA ST. exit, EXIT 165, on the LEFT. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto SENECA ST. Turn RIGHT onto 4TH AVE. End at 2601 4th Ave.

Parking

JLS has a few spots for visitors in the alley behind our office. The alley runs parallel to 4th and can be entered either from Vine or cedar. All of the spots are marked with #s…2,3,4 and 6 being ours. Visitors are welcome to park in these spots when available, otherwise street parking is recommended (and often easy to come by).
